Requirements for the preparation of abstracts

Report materials with a total volume of up to 5 pages in English or Ukrainian should be typed in *.doc or *.docx format. Sheet format - A4, margins - 2 cm on all sides, font - Times New Roman, font size 14 pt, for annotation and list of references - 12 pt, line spacing - single. UDC must be indicated.

In the first line - the title of the report in bold capital letters, in the second - the surnames and initials of the authors in italics. Below - the place of work of the author(s), city, e-mail. If the co-authors work in different institutions, after the surname of each author and before the name of the corresponding place of work, put a superscript numerical index. The title of the report, surnames of the authors and the name of the organization(s) should be aligned in the center. Below, after an additional interval, indicate the title of the abstracts, surnames of the authors and organizations in English.

The text of the abstracts should be structured, and must contain the following sections: introduction, research objects and methods, results and their discussion, and conclusions.

The text of the materials should be aligned with the width of the page with a paragraph indent of 1 cm, do not use hyphens. Before the text, place a short annotation (500-600 characters) in English (font size - 12 pt). Insert clear, high-quality figures directly into the text, and also submit them separately in *.tif or *.jpeg format with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. References to primary sources should be indicated by serial numbers in square brackets. The names of primary sources should be formatted according to bibliographic requirements, their list should be placed after the text, in accordance with the order of references, the authors' surnames should be italicized.

A file with materials, named after the author's name (the first - in the case of several authors) in Latin letters, should be attached to an e-mail and sent to the address geologyuks@gmail.com. Each author can send only two files, where he is the first in the list of authors. The organizing committee does not limit the number of materials sent in co-authorship.

Members of the organizing committee reserve the right to review submitted manuscripts. The organizing committee will not consider improperly formatted materials. The materials of the reports will be published in the author's editorial office. The conference proceedings will be published as an electronic publication on the website of the M.P. Institute of Geochemistry, Mineralogy and Ore Formation. Semenenko NAS of Ukraine.


Organizational fee

To reimburse the costs associated with the organization and holding of the conference, participants are required to pay an organizational fee of 300 UAH (one report material), 400 UAH (two materials), for postgraduate students - 150 UAH, for students - free of charge.

The details for non-cash payment of the organizational fee will be communicated to the conference participants in the relevant invitation letters. A copy of the receipt or payment order for the payment of the organization fee must be submitted to the organizing committee before the start of the conference. As an exception, by personal agreement, payment in cash is possible.


ATTENTION! The organization fee must be paid not before receiving confirmation of the participant's admission to the conference.


Working languages

English, Ukrainian. Translation of oral presentations is not provided. The duration of the oral presentation is 15 minutes and 5 minutes for questions and answers.
