Analytical Chemistry Laboratory

Department of Geochemistry of Technogenic Metals and Analytical Chemistry

ВDetermination of chemical indicators of surface, underground, technologically polluted, sea waters (K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cl, SO4, HCO3, pH, alkalinity, hardness, nitrates, permanganate oxidizability, color, dry residue). The methods of potentiometry, trilonometry, photometry, and flame photometry are used. Sample preparation for emission spectral analysis.

Preparation of soil samples, bottom sediments, obtaining extracts of gradual extractions, pH. Granulometric analysis. Preparation of vegetation samples for emission spectral analysis (dry and wet ashing).
