  According to the results of the 2024 competition, the Lazarenko E.K. Prize for outstanding results in the field of mineralogy, crystallography and petrography was awarded to the members of the NAS of Ukraine Semenenko V.P., Ph.D. Girich A.L., Ph.D. Shkurenko K.O. • Critical raw materials: cooperation of geologists-scientists of the Institute of Geological Survey of the NAS of Ukraine within the framework of European initiatives and the Horizon Europe program

  From April 1 to 4, 2025, joint meetings of MREG - Mineral Resources Export Group (https://eurogeosurveys.org/research/our-experts/mineral-resources/) and project partners GSEU - Geological Service for Europe (https://www.geologicalservice.eu/) were held in Granada (Spain).

  The event was organized by the Geological Service of Spain (IGMECSIC - Spanish Geological Institute). Participants represented geological services of the EU countries, Ukraine, Australia, as well as the MREG-NEP, EGS and EGDI coordination centers.

  We invite everyone to participate in the open online meeting of the expert group of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.

  The open meeting will be held as part of the accreditation examination for the specialty "103 Earth Sciences" of the educational and scientific program "Geochemistry, Mineralogy and Petrology" of the Institute of Geochemistry, Mineralogy and Ore Formation named after M.P. Semenka of the NAS of Ukraine for the third level of higher education.

  The meeting will discuss the educational program, possibilities for its improvement, etc.
